Products
The products displayed on this website site can be ordered and delivered worldwide. All prices displayed are quoted in British Pounds GBP. All of the products purchased from Wharfedale Herbal Ltd should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, precautions and guidelines.
Guarantees
If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods, please contact us. We will offer a replacement at no cost to the customer or your money back - excluding incorrectly ordered items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will also issue you a full refund to your debit/credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 28 days of the PURCHASE date if the product is still in its original sealed package and it has not been opened or used.
The customers would bear the full cost of postage & packaging when returning the goods except for any damaged or defective items when we would fully refund the cost of return postage. Please keep proof of postage and use recorded delivery as proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
Cancellation, Returns And Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges can not be offered for any opened and used products for hygiene reasons. If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us within the 7 working day period after delivery of your products for a full refund or exchange.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment will be debited at the time of placing the order or within 3 working days of the order being received.
Delivery
UK and Eire
We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly: you should receive yours within 5 - 7 working days. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within 14 working days, please contact us.
European Union and Rest of World
Due to the inefficiencies of some overseas postal systems we have had to suspend taking orders from overseas customers through our website. If you wish to place an order, please email us and we will do our best to fulfil your order. We will quote you the carriage due.
Out of Stock Items
Any out of stock items will be sent separately from the main order: we will immediately email you to advise of the out of stock situation and give a new anticipated despatch date. Any additional postage costs will be at no extra charge to the customer.
