Massage into joints such as hips, knees, knuckles up to four times daily.
Comfrey (traditionally called knitbone) has been blended with our moisturising base cream together with essential oils of lavender, thyme, juniper, rosemary and eucalyptus.
Precautions:
Not recommened for use during pregnancy or on children under the age of 14.
