If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods, please contact us. We will offer a replacement at no cost to the customer or your money back. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will also issue you a full refund to your debit/credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 28 days of the PURCHASE date if the product is still in its original sealed package and it has not been opened or used.
The customer will bear the full cost of postage & packaging when returning the goods except for any damaged or defective items when we would fully refund the cost of return postage. Please keep proof of postage and use recorded delivery as proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
Cancellation, Returns And Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges can not be offered for any opened and used products for hygiene reasons. If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us within the 7 working day period after delivery of your products for a full refund or exchange.
This is not applicable to specially ordered items which are not stocked as part of our range.
